By 2022–2023, its network grew to 48 e-clinics, supported by over 7,000 doctors and serving more than 1 million customers via a mobile app, with services including tele-consults, prescriptions, e-pharmacy, and lab referrals.

During the COVID-19 pandemic (Mar–Aug 2020), under the Digital Pakistan initiative, Sehat Kahani provided free telemedicine consultations—around 70,000 patients were connected to COVID-19 testing and treatment.
